Teacher Adeline
Principal, Communication Skills, Speech & Drama and Creative Writing Teacher
Teacher Adeline is a graduate of ICSA UK and has been an Associate member of MAICSA for more than 13 years.
She first ventured into the world of performing arts at the age of 20 when she was given a small part to play in a local TV production called Baba dan Nyonya. It was years later that she rediscovered her passion for drama volunteering at her daughters' school as a choral speaking instructor and has been teaching ever since.
Our principal has been teaching Speech and Drama, Choral Speaking, Public Speaking, Communication Skills and Creative Writing for 15 years. Her unique teaching methodology that emphasises on critical thinking has produced state, national and international champions in various competitions such as Choral Speaking, Public Speaking, Storytelling and Poetry Recitation. With her teaching method, her learners have obtained Distinctions in the Trinity Examinations. Besides teaching, she has produced and directed many fund-raising productions such as:

Teacher Aida
Speech & Drama, Communication Skills, Public Speaking, English and IELTS Teacher
Aida who graduated with a Bachelor of Education (TESL) from the University of Malaya has always been passionate about teaching and education. Upon graduation, she started her teaching career with Informatics College in Kuala Lumpur, and when marriage brought her to Melaka, she continued teaching at Stamford College Malacca. After a few years, she decided she needed something more challenging and joined the academic staff at Multimedia University and went on to do her Master of Business Administration.
A few years of living in Bangkok after resigning from MMU brought her a new perspective on herself as an educator and as a person. The experience of teaching and helping in a school for Hmong refugee children and volunteering at her children’s school has changed her mindset towards children and education. It gave her a renewed passion.
In 2016, she was looking for something to challenge herself even further, and opportunity presented itself in the form of Blubricks Melaka, a speech and drama school. Her spirit to continuously challenge herself has equipped her with a vast skillset to educate a vast range of age groups teaching different things from Speech & Drama to IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
Teacher Anisha
Communication Skills Teacher
Teacher Anisha has a Master's Degree in Communication and Journalism from India and proponent of wholesome learning.
Marriage brought her to Malaysia and she was a lecturer in Mass Communication at Olympia College, KL. She has also been a facilitator for the New Straits Time English programme.
She has been with us since 2017 teaching Communication Skills and is constantly amazed by the spontaneous and creative responses of the students on the various topics of discussion.

Teacher Esther is a dedicated and passionate educator with more than half a decade of experience in the field.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with a variety of students with their own unique abilities and learning styles.
As an educator, she is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that meets their needs.
Teacher Hani
Communication Skills Teacher
Teacher Hani is a Bachelor in English Language and Literature and Teaching English as a Second Language (TeSL) graduate from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
Her love for teaching began when she volunteered as an English teacher in orphanage houses on weekends. From there on, she slowly started climbing her career ladder as an educator working as a part-time English tutor, then as a primary school teacher up as an English lecturer in a private college, until she finally works as a part-time teacher here.
Her experience allows her to connect with students of a wide age group which makes her lessons relatable to them.
Teacher Katrina
Speech & Drama Teacher
Kuldip or better known as Katrina began her career as a video editor for dramas working closely with directors like Hafsham, Linda Chong and Harith Iskandar. After 5 years, she moved on to mainstream advertising. Employed by an international advertising agency, she worked as a producer for radio and television commercials.
Parenthood gave her a paradigm shift resulting in a newfound passion to work with underprivileged children.
Kuldip (Katrina) joined us In April 2023 and looks forward to impacting the next generation.
Teacher Lovenia
Jolly Phonics Teacher
Teacher Lovenia has been teaching since she was 19 years old and to date, has over a decade of teaching experience including teaching at a primary school, secondary school and even college. She has a degree in Bachelor of Education (TESL) with Honours.
Teacher Lovenia is one of our most senior teachers, having joined BluBricks in 2014. She assisted our Principal in the Melaka state choral speaking, action song and drama competition. She was also involved in the production of ANNA in 2019.
Her fun and bubbly nature makes her lessons fun and enjoyable for her students.
Teacher Manisha

Miss Manisha is a seasoned language teacher who possesses a bachelor's degree and boasts an impressive teaching experience of over half a decade with young learners.
She believes in nurturing a lifelong love for learning and creates an exciting educational journey where language comes to life, creativity flourishes and students discover the power of their own words.
Teacher Minalie

Minalie or better known as Teacher Nalie was born into a family of teachers. Her father was a government school English teacher with over 30 years of experience and her mother was a teacher in their church kindergarten. Due to her parents' professions, she was exposed to teaching at a very young age. She served actively in the Children's Ministry in church when she was a high school student. Even after completing her SPM (Malaysian School Leaving Certificate), she continued to serve as a teaching assistant in their church kindergarten before enrolling on a completely different course in college - Hospitality Management. She obtained her diploma in 2014 and was in the hotel industry as an event planner for two years before she decided to follow in her parent's footsteps in the education world.
Her teaching background allows her to teach Speech&Drama and Jolly Phonics to young children of different calibres.
Teacher Sarah

She graduated from La Salle College of the Arts, Singapore with a Diploma in Performance.
She is the youngest teacher in our team. However, she's had more than a decade of experience on stage - leading actress in many of our productions such as Romeo & Juliet, Santubong and the musical ANNA.
She was the State Champion Choral Speaking conductor 5 years in a row and has trained numerous schools for Choral Speaking and Drama competitions - leading them in winning State Championships.
She's passionate about helping students to achieve success in the Trinity Examinations.
Teacher Vicky

Teacher Vicky began her career in teaching children with learning disabilities and child psychology. This journey has helped her learn more about children and discover their abilities to learn in different ways and methods.
Teacher Vicky graduated with a Diploma in Learning Disabilities and Child Psychology from the Linguistic Council of Singapore. She began her teaching journey from then on going into Primary Schools in Malacca to guide backbenchers. Her methods had made great and positive changes for the children and also she progressed vastly as a teacher.
Later on, she continued to pursue a Diploma in Early Childhood at Smart Reader International College. She eventually landed with Blubricks and has been a great asset to our team of teachers.
Teacher Yalani
Speech & Drama Teacher
Teacher Yalani obtained her Bachelor of Applied Arts (Drama and Theatre) with Honors from University Malaysia Sarawak in 2017.
Prior to joining us in 2017, she has many years of experience assisting in productions in roles such as assistant lighting designer and stage assistant. She used her experience to assist our principal in preparing students for the Melaka State Level Drama Competition in 2017 and 2018. She was involved in our large-scale productions in 2018 and 2019. She was also given the opportunity to be a chaperone for our students for the World Scholar's Cup competition in 2018.
Now, she uses her experience on the stage to educate our students to achieve the best of their potential.
